The Pueblo fabrication shop specializes in steel fabrication and erection for heavy industrial projects, including structural steel beams and columns. It includes a beam line that automates the cutting, drilling, coping, notching and marking process, making steel fabrication more efficient, consistent and accurate. The Northern Colorado shop handles miscellaneous metals like handrails and stair fabrication, utilizing two Dragons A400s, which are CNC tube and pipe plasma cutting machines designed for precision fabrication tasks like cutting, marking, and engraving various materials, including steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Our ironworkers use specialized equipment to cut pieces to the exact dimensions needed then use various techniques to form and shape the pieces to fit the project design guidelines.
Joining and Assembling
