AI Usage Disclosure

ICM may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support business operations, including document drafting, communications, administrative workflows, data analysis, recruiting support, and customer service functions. AI tools are intended to assist employees and do not replace human judgment in decisions involving employment, workplace safety, legal compliance, financial matters, customer relationships, project execution, or other business-critical operations. Final decisions remain the responsibility of authorized company personnel.

ICM recognizes the sensitivity of contracts, confidential information, and information subject to Department of Defense (DoD) or other government requirements. AI tools will be used in accordance with applicable contractual, regulatory, security, and company requirements, and sensitive or controlled information will only be processed through AI tools authorized for such use.
