In 1999 we began working at the Coors brewery in Golden, Colorado. At that time we were Precision Industrial Contractors (PIC)based in Brighton, Colorado. Lead by the efforts of Steve Dukes and Kurt Cassett (of which Kurt is still a valued ICM employee currently) , PIC worked on the majority of the facility at various points. In approximately 2005, PIC performed the installation of all mechanical equipment at the newly constructed Shenandoah VA. facility including: 600 pumps, multiple air compressors, various conveyance systems, rail dump system, brew vessels, and boiler house/boiler components.
In 2015, Pueblo, Colorado based Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. (ICM) began working at Golden, Colorado brewery with a project related to the fabrication and installation of the BE102 discharge chute. Since that time ICM has successfully completed well over 250 various projects at the Golden campus.
On March 1, 2018 ICM purchased PIC bringing these 2 exceptional companies into 1, and enabling ICM to open its second Colorado location located in Commerce City, Colorado. Combining the experience of the 2 companies as well as the employees of both allows ICM to provide service and knowledge second to none.
