Unbeknownst to most, Pueblo, Colorado, is home to one of two chemical depots run by The Program Executive Office Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives, or PEO ACWA, whose mission is to responsibly destroy the remaining 10 percent of the United States’ chemical weapons stockpile.
