Safety Culture
In all of its operations, Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. (ICM) is guided by an established accident-prevention policy. This policy is based on a sincere desire to eliminate occupational injuries and illnesses, damage to equipment and property, as well as to protect the general public.
Management and supervision are charged with the responsibility of preventing the occurrence of incidents or conditions that could lead to occupational injury or illness.
Safety should never be sacrificed for production but considered an integral part of project planning, quality control, cost reduction and job efficiency. Every supervisor will be held accountable for the safety performance demonstrated by the employees under his supervision.
It is the Company policy to recognize and/or reward behaviors that create a safe workplace and to eliminate by training behaviors that endanger employees, contractors, or visitors within our workplaces. It is also the Company policy to make all employees and contractors aware of behaviors and attitudes that can affect safety on and off the job.

Millwrights
Millwrights install, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment such as compressors, pumps, conveyors, baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, gas and steam turbines, monorails, and extruders. They can be found performing mission-critical work at coal, gas, nuclear, and alternative-energy power plants. Their skills are also vital in industries as diverse as automotive, airports, aerospace, food processing, mine and mineral plants, chemical processing facilities, and pharmaceuticals.

Ironworkers

Pipefitters
ICM’s pipefitters provide mechanical solutions for industrial and process piping needs.
Heat exchangers, cooling towers, boilers and tanks, are just a few of the many pieces of equipment we install or retrofit. Carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, chromoly, and Inconel are piping materials that ICM specializes in.
ICM has the ability to provide pipefitter services for chemical, process, heating/chilled water, pharmaceutical and food and beverage piping.
Fabrication Shops
ICM supports the fabrication needs of our clients by delivering accurate, timely, and quality fabrications in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Craftsmen certified to AWS D1.1/D1.2 processes will build your detailed design or work to the prints and drawings ICM can produce. Visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and quality checks follow our fabrication and quality standards, which we regularly blend with yours. Final surface treatments can include surface preparations to various SSPC standards, bead blasting, and several varieties of paint finishes, surface polishing and hot dip galvanizing.
