Rick Goodmay, the director of client relations at Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. (ICM), a Colorado-based industrial contractor, was recognized as this year’s recipient of the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum (CTLF) HEART-Level Leadership Award. The award is given each year to an individual who has served the CTLF community and embodies the CTLF values of HEART-level leadership: humble, engaged, authentic, regenerative, and true to service.
Goodmay was honored at CTLF’s annual holiday gala, where several members of the CiviCO/CTLF community were recognized with HEART-Level Leadership and Leadership Ignition awards. Honorees were nominated by members within the CTLF/CiviCO community, which include over 500 leaders and active alumni from the private, civic and nonprofit sectors.
