ICM employs seven unionized trades in-house, providing fully integrated, end-to-end project delivery—from demolition and foundations to structural steel, equipment installation and commissioning support. This multi-trade model streamlines execution, minimizes downtime during planned or unplanned plant shutdowns and upholds the rigorous safety, quality, and production requirements demanded by the manufacturing industry.

ICM is also AISC-certified in structural steel erection and fabrication, and is among a select group of Colorado contractors certified as both a steel erector and building fabricator.
